Chugging right along here. Found out yesterday what it was like to be in starvation mode. Felt AWFUL! However, I still got my calorie count in. I know eating so much at once isn’t right either, but the trainer said the last thing you want to do is go into starvation mode. Before I ate last night, I weighed my nightly weigh at 287.0lbs!!!! Due to eating so late though, it was a different story this morning:

Weight – 288.4lbs
Exercise Today – Cardio & Cardio Strength (Machines)
Calories Yesterday – 1833 (1358 during dinner)

Guess my lesson learned is to EAT!!! EAT when I am supposed too!!!!

Seem to be stuck on something. Not exactly sure what. Woke up with a massive headache this morning, so workout will happen during lunch today. Here are statistics:

Weight – 288.6
Workout Yesterday: 30 mins interval Cardio workout (3mins pace, with 1 min hard), plus strength 2 sets of 12, hard core..

Eventually I will start seeing downward movement again!!

Weight loss is definitely a difficult thing, or more people would be doing it. I don’t know if the walking/running is more difficult or if it’s the DOCUMENTATION of everything!!! I know there are millions of opinions out there about this and that, you should track calories, and you shouldn’t.. Well, I have been. And because of it i am down 13lbs since Christmas. On Christmas day, 301lbs… Today 288.6lbs.. exactly 12.4lbs since then.. What has worked for me has been documenting every single thing that goes into my mouth. I know it sounds ridiculous to be sitting at the table and pecking away at your iPhone documenting before you eat, but it has worked for me.

So, this week starts my FitCamp (Extreme Michael Work-over Edition), and what do you know?? Another documentation program to use!! I don’t like it that well, but I guess documenting it twice will only remind me of what I SHOULD and SHOULDN’T have.. I hope to reach my goal this week of 285lbs. Next week is my last full week in Jan 11 before Pastor Kim and I head off to Brownsville, TX for a service on Sunday. I am sure in the hotel fitness room there isn’t much going on strength machines and such. Will have to settle with an Elliptical or Treadmill workout only.

Well thankfully today’s weigh-in proves what I have been thinking about water “retension”. Back down to 289.4lbs. On the advice of those who have gone before me and lost a bunch of weight, I have started some B-12 in addition to the multi-vitamin. Only 50mcg in the Multi with a suppliment of 3000mcg to start. That should start to get the fire cookin’ even more, and hopefully the “great white throne” in the restroom doesn’t become my closest friend.

Until you begin to read food labels, it is almost unbelieveable how much sodium we all eat in our diets. My current plan allows for up to 2300mg, but most of us probably eat up to 6000mg of sodium in one day! Now that will pour on the water pounds!!! Just by eating three eggs and a Subway Oven Roasted Chicken on 9 grain wheat has yielded 1500mg!! Crazy crazy!!!

Tomorrow is the start of the “real” Boot Camp classes at the gym. They go over diet and other items tomorrow at 10am. Next week is the REAL work. =) Five days of exercising in the AM plus two days (Thurs and Sat AM) of Boot Camp.. Time to get it in gear!!!!
